By using the Services, each Donor and Charity is deemed to consent to our privacy practices set forth in the Privacy Policy as amended from time to time. Simply Hygiene may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time and will inform you and other Donors and Charities by posting the changed Privacy Policy to the Website. 1. Types of information collected
a. Traffic Data
We may track and collect the following general and non-personal information when you visit our Website including your (i) IP address; (ii) origin of the search that led you to the Website (i.e. how you got to the Website – was it by a Google® search, by direct navigation, etc.); (iii) connection speed; and (iv) type of web browser (collectively, “Traffic Data”). We use contact data to send Donors information about our company and its Services or in response to a donation to Simply Hygiene or use of any other Services on the Website by Donors. As a Donor, you consent to receive communications from Simply Hygiene electronically, but have the ability to opt-out of receiving future emails about our company and other Services. To be removed from receiving any mailings, you may contact Simply Hygiene at the Contact page. Simply Hygiene will communicate with each Donor by email or posting notices on the Website. Donor password
Each Donor may create an account with Simply Hygiene by selecting a password. The password, when submitted through the Website in combination with your email address, will give you access to your account.
Financial information for monetary donations.
To make a donation of money to Simply Hygiene through the Website, you may submit your donation through the payment system administered by Authorize.net or by authorizing a payment through your PayPal account. We do not retain or store your credit card or bank account information.
c. Information collected from charities.
In order for a Charity to apply to Simply Hygiene to become a registered charitable organization and request a distribution of products from Simply Hygiene, such Charity is required to provide Simply Hygiene certain identifying and supporting information (collectively, “Charity Information”). If a Charity communicates with Simply Hygiene by email or otherwise completes online forms, any information provided in such communication will be collected by Simply Hygiene as Charity Information.
Charity Information may consist of the following types of information:

Contact data includes the name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, and website of the Charity, as well as the name of a contact person for the Charity and other profile information about the Charity. We use contact data to determine whether a Charity is eligible to be a registered Charity of Simply Hygiene, and to send information about our company and Services, or in response to a Charity’s application for registration, request for donation or use of any other Services on the Website by a Charity. As a Charity, you consent to receive communications from Simply Hygiene electronically, but have the ability to opt-out of receiving future emails about our company and other Services. Charity requests
We will collect information about your organization’s program(s) that distribute products to individuals in need and the types of products you distribute through such program(s). We will also collect information about your facilities to which we may deliver donated products (e.g., whether your facility has a loading dock and the location of the dock).
d. Use of cookies and web beacons.
Simply Hygiene requires the use of cookies. Cookies are small text files a website can use to recognize a repeat visitor to the website. We use cookies for various reasons. Cookies enable us to provide you with a better experience by allowing us to understand what areas of this Website are of interest to our Donors and Charities. These cookies do not track personal information. Cookies from Simply Hygiene can only be read by Simply Hygiene and the Website. 2. Accounts and passwords
If you register as a Donor, you will be required to provide a password. Providing a password will allow you to create a Donor account, which you can access with your email address and password. If you register as a Charity, we will assign you an account number, which you will be required to use with your email address to access your Charity account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password or account number. You shall be responsible for all uses of your account, password, and account number, including, without limitation, any charges to credit card, bank account, or your PayPal account, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. In such an event, if you are a Donor you will need to provide us a new password, and if you are a Charity we will assign you a new account number. You may access or correct your account information that we maintain by logging into the Website or contacting Simply Hygiene through the Contact page. To better protect your privacy and security, your email address must match the email address used to establish your account. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.
3. Confidentiality and security of donor information and charity information
Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy (including Section 4 below related to use of third parties to provide you the Services), we will keep all of your information that personally identifies you (e.g., your contact data) as private and will not share it with third parties, unless such disclosure is necessary to (i) comply with a law or based upon the good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to comply with a law; (ii) protect our rights or property; (iii) enforce our Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy, or any of our policies and guidelines; or (iv) when specifically authorized by you. While Simply Hygiene uses commercially reasonable efforts to safeguard your Donor Information and Charity Information transmitted to third parties, Simply Hygiene does not warrant that your Donor Information or Charity Information will be transported without unauthorized interception or modification or that your Donor Information or Charity Information will not be accessed or compromised by unauthorized third parties.

6. Updates and changes to privacy policy
We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to add to, change, update or modify this Privacy Policy, simply by posting such change, update, or modification on the Website. Any such change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
7. Eligibility and compliance with children privacy issues
Simply Hygiene takes compliance with children online privacy laws seriously. By using and/or visiting the Website, you are representing and warranting to Simply Hygiene that you are (a) 18 years of age or older and (b) fully able and competent to enter into and abide by this Privacy Policy.
